It is the Divine Heritage of every soul.
The purpose of earnest striving on the spiritual path
is to become conscious of that Divine Heritage
which reveals itself in the awakening to the Inner Call.
Nobleness of spirit,
which is called 'The Manner of God' by the Sufis,
is a manner which cannot be learned or taught;
it springs forth like a Divine blossom
when one becomes conscious of its Message.
This manner, or 'innate nobleness,'
is the highest religious principle,
the truest aristocracy of the spirit,
and the most beautiful example of democracy
in the language of the heart,
which expresses itself in terms of
tolerance and forgiveness toward all.
